I went in for a cut and dye. I asked for an ombré with my natural color on top and a soft fade into blonde. What I received was much different. The yellow hue and the stripes of discoloration made me feel embarrassed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone come to this shop. I asked for a refund and Donna offered to fix it but I wasn’t comfortable after her first attempt. I will let the photos speak to the integrity of her work. I had it fixed by someone who did a very good job. There are nice salons in Roseburg and this is not one of them.

I was traveling, came through town and found Donna. She was welcoming from the start, was open on time, took me right in and did a superb job on my nails (hands and feet). We chatted like old friends. I would not only recommend her, but will find time on future trips to the NW to stop and get my nails done. Lovely, personable experience. I’ve been going to Donna for over a year now and she does a good job on my hair. Ironically my sister from TX came to town for a family wedding and just happened to stop in and get her hair and make up done by Donna. I did not send her there she was just driving by down Stephens and saw the sign.

So I’m a normal customer here and she told me my appointment was at 4:30 PM which I showed up five minutes early and then she proceeded to tell me that my appointment was at four which was incorrect and she already had somebody in the chair which we all know waxing eyebrows takes about five minutes and she refused to do my eyebrows next even though she closes at five and the place was dead empty. I always tip her very well I never ask her to do a shaping just wanted her to clean up the little hairs around my eyebrows. Very poor customer service she overbooked her appointments and she had plenty of time to Doobie after the lady that was in the chair. T ty I will not be using this service again

I get my hair done here every 4 weeks and Donna does a great job every time. I would recommend this place to everyone. I have dark hair and when I want any color in it Donna does an amazing job making the colors pop.
