Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValuePlease do not go here. At least for bleaching. Katina was recommended to me from a friend. I told her only roots, specified this multiple times. I said my hair has been bleached a lot and if the already bleached part gets bleached again it will fall out. Kind of ironic because that’s what happened. The bleach was on my head for far too long but I trusted her thinking it was a low developer so it would be okay. It was not. I lost half of my hair. I have an actual bald spot on the back of my head and my hair falls out more and more everyday. I had to cut half of it off and now I can’t even blow dry it. I said my hair has been bleached a lot and if the already bleached part gets bleached again it will fall out. Kind of ironic because that’s what happened.
