Critical: ProfessionalismI went for my appointment and showed her what I wanted and she told me that she couldn’t cut it how I wanted then continued to cut it as short as she could. She was rude about the whole situation during my appointment and now my hair looks like I cut it myself. I won’t be back.

My mom went in wanting a very short cut and the lady working here puts my moms long hair in a ponytail then cuts the pony leaving my moms hair about shoulder length then says that my mom would look like a boy if she had short hair. She was rude the whole time but that was the last straw we left right after this comment with nothing else done with my moms hair and she still charged my mom for something a 3 year old could of done.
