Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe woman working was extremely rude in the way she told my sister and I that they only take appointments not walk ins. She seemed so bothered that we were there and didn’t know this, told us it’s a nys law that appointments are needed (which I wasn’t aware of and the place down the road happily took us- Sunny nails which I highly recommend.) The woman working was extremely rude in the way she told my sister and I that they only take appointments not walk ins. She seemed so bothered that we were there and didn’t know this, told us it’s a nys law that appointments are needed (which I wasn’t aware of and the place down the road happily took us- Sunny nails which I highly recommend.)
