Got my nails done here yesterday. The lady was extremely rough with me. She filed down the SIDES of my fingernail, she was so rough with my cuticles that they now have sores around them, and you can clearly see they’re red. My gel is already peeling off too as you can see in the picture. I’m supposed to call the manager tomorrow so I guess we’ll see if I can get my money back considering I am here visiting

One star only because I couldn’t put any ! They do not I repeat DO NOT care about their customers. They care about the “Highest bidder “ who ever is paying more they will attend to them first ! They had me waiting and told me came back tomorrow . I came and still waited for hours all I was trying to do was get my nails fixed I had 2nails chipped and 3 came off completely and they kept taking other acrylic before me and when I asked I was told “since I’m only getting 5nails repaired I have to wait till it isn’t busy “ . Which isn’t fair considering I been waiting and my money is as good as anyones. I paid close to 100$ for my set and still tipped the guy who did them so for them to treat me like that when I came back to get them fixed is wrong .

Horrible experience. I was there an hour and a half and didn’t even get what I asked for. I asked multiple times for a French manicure acrylic. the guy doing my nails kept leaving multiple times which is why my visit was so long. Near the end a girl took over and started painting my nails light pink. I figured it was for the base of the manicure and she would do white tops after. However she went to hey a spray for my hands and I said “I’m sorry but I asked for a French manicure. This is just pink”

Do not go there to get your eyebrows done. I repeat DO NOT GO THERE TO GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE! I told her my right eyebrow was cut too short. Basically had a blunt cut as you can see, and she started making excuses about my left eyebrow which looked ok to me. Waxing

I have been going to this nail spa for the past 6 years. In the past year their customer service has been on a steady decline. I am typically a walk in and expect a delay when I walk in. What I don’t expect nor accept is customers coming in after me with no appointments get service before myself when I have been sitting in the pedi chair for an hour. This has occurred numerous times in the past year. Today the nail spa was not busy, however I sat in the pedicure chair for over 45 minutes with no service. There were nail technicians sitting around doing nothing. I finally decided to leave and I will not ever return to this nail spa.

Just had the worst experience here today. Was treating my wife and myself to a pedicure. Our attendant that was about to service us had just walk away briefly while my wife was trying to decide which nail polish to choose. All of a sudden her come someone else and takes the nail polish out of my wife’s hand. She stopped servicing her own customer just to take nail polish out of my wife’s hand. How is a paying customer suppose to decide or pick what color nail polish to be applied when an employee treats a customer like that. You just took money out of your coworker’s pocket. We won’t spend no money here ever again.

Ms. Sanya was awesome!!! It was my first time visiting and she was very personable. She engaged me and didn’t rush through my service although I was a walk in and she had a client waiting…I will definitely return because of her.
