I absolutely LOVE going to see Sierra to get my lashes done! Everyone at Splendid Beauty is wonderful! Back in October, my father passed away and I came in for a lash fill and by the time I was done, they had a beautiful flower arrangement for me! I am a client for life! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Do not waste your time here! I booked an appointment at this salon for a “foreign fill” since my usual lash girl is out on maternity leave. After explaining to the lash tech that I was needing a volume fill, and it had been only 2 weeks since my last fill, she said she would “take a look” at my lashes first and see what she could do. After quickly combing through my lashes (mind you, she didn’t even bother to tape down my bottom lashes or turn on her light to actually EXAMINE my lashes) she told me that she wouldn’t be able to fill my lashes because I had gaps where I had no lashes. She took a picture of my lash line to show me the “gap” but then pointed out that the lashes I was seeing in the picture were actually my bottom lashes. I tried explaining to her that I have fine and short hairs since I’m Asian, but she wouldn’t listen. She then suggested that I let all of my lashes fall off and then rebook an appointment to come back for a more “natural” set of lashes…

She’s very soft at what she does and I enjoyed every bit! She even let me get up to take a small break before she started on my other eye knowing I’m 8 months pregnant. I will definitely be using her every time if I can! She took her time and she was very gentle. This place was very clean and calming. She even let me get up to take a small break before she started on my other eye knowing I’m 8 months pregnant. I will definitely be using her every time if I can! I’ve been coming to Splendid Beauty since about 2020. I’ve gotten three different services done and each time I leave I have better things to say about the place. The environment is calm, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is amazing, educational, and always tailors the services to your specific needs. They go in depth about your end result, care process, maintenance and what to expect throughout your service. There are even services and artists I’ve never used but still recommend to people because I’m that confident in how knowledgeable they are and they truly take their time with each service and client. Even after your service is complete, they are still there for any questions/advice you may need. I will continue to recommend this business to anyone and everyone who needs a service they provide. They are truly phenomenal and go above and beyond.
