I definitely left looking worse than when I came in. I wanted a specific hair color, and she rushed through it (with enough physical force to cut my scalp with her parting comb) and gave me exactly what I said I didn’t want. She also managed to dislocated my contact lens when giving me front highlights by wiping the brush aggressively over the foil she pushed directly on my face. This place is rushed and unprofessional.
