Even before COVID, Splash was immaculately clean and Jae has made sure to make me feel comfortable and safe at all my appointments. Her attention to detail is clear in all of her work. I made an emergency appointment with Adrianna the day after I had horrendous extensions applied at another salon. There was glue all over my eyelids, and I was super embarrassed. Adrianna made me feel very at ease, and she took her time removing the bad extensions and preserving as many of my real eyelashes as possible. I know we went way over my scheduled appointment time because the damage was so bad, yet Adrianna was incredibly patient with me. If I ever choose eyelash extensions again (which at the moment I am not considering), I’m will definitely contact Adrianna at Splash.
