Both google and their website show that they are open on Monday. I needed last min blow dry on Monday. I headed to this salon in the afternoon to find out that they are closed. I wasted 30+ mins of my life driving here to find them closed. It’s better that they update their info on their website because that’s what google picks up as well. So do not come here on Monday and save your time

A friend of mine who used to be regular had a very bad experience there a couple of days back and I just had to write this review. She was charged for services she didn’t avail. When she asked why the bill was so high, she was told that she could come in the next day and get a refund since it was pretty late and it was not possible to reverse the charges at that time. When asked for a note stating this, the receptionist asked to TRUST him and that this would be honored the next day.

I’ve been there several times and have always had a great experience, both with my haircuts and with customer service. The stylists always do a good job and make you feel welcome. One time there was a communication error where they booked my appointment for the wrong day (so there were no stylists when I went in for my appointment) but they were very accommodating and put me with a senior stylist at no extra cost.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBeware!I had an appointment last week, the woman at the front desk checked me in and advised me the massage therapist would be with me shortly, and that she had to sanitize the room. Due to covid I couldn’t sit in the salon to wait, so I walked around while waiting for them to call me. ONE HOUR GOES BY, NO ONE CALLED.I called multiple times and no one answered, finally I walked back to the salon, the owner immediately greets me she’s so sorry the masseus was with another client. She kept telling me the masseus confirmed my appointment and even showed up prior to my appointment to confirm.Fast forward to following week, I had a gift certificate and wanted to use it. I agreed to come in for a massage at 50% off.I don’t know what service I actually received but it was NOT a massage and it was awful.The masseus did not dim the lights. She had “relaxing” music playing from YouTube, ads were coming on every 10 minutes. She would stop what she was doing to skip the ads. She received 2 phone calls, even engaging in one call for about 5 minutes- on speaker phone too.The room was extremely dirty, cold and loud, you could hear the commotion from the salon.At one point the masseus jumped on me and was sitting on my low back while she was massaging my back. Very odd.She commented on my feet said they were “beautiful” which I found to be extremely uncomfortable.At one point I said I was cold and she lifted the sheet and told me to put my arms under. Excellent haircut – stylist was very talented and gave me a great cut. Too bad she was totally rude. From the get-go, she (Mabel) was a bit standoff-ish with me. First, I was snapped at after not hearing her say “Okay” to alert me my shampoo (done by her) was over. She barely toweled off my hair so I didn’t realize she was done; leaving me to walk with sopping wet hair dripping everywhere. I was again snapped at over how I held my head during the cut and blamed for messing up her cutting. The third and final straw was when I was once again ‘reprimanded’ for not alerting the front desk that I had curly hair when I made my appointment. Apparently, she was annoyed at how long my hair was taking to blow out. I told her I had indeed told the desk I wanted a blow out and that no one asked me, nor did I know I should specify my hair type when asking for a blow out. She didn’t care to hear my ‘excuses’ and again told me next time I needed to let the desk know. She proceeded to very roughly finish my blow out – almost annoyed she had to do so. She pulled and roughly used the brush, as if she could barely stand to do so. For the last 5 minutes, I almost told her to stop and that I didn’t want her to finish. I refrained, knowing management was not present and that either way, I’d be paying full price that day for my terrible experience – so I might as well let her finish. When I left, and I complimented my cut, she barely acknowledged me and went to get a client who had been waiting. What a shame – a really great cut but I can not only never return to this stylist, but I will also never be returning to this salon. Think twice, people. Either know the stylist or know someone with good experience with a stylist before booking.

I haven’t been to a hair salon in over 10 years and now I know why!! Their Master Hairstylist I believe his name is John well he butchered my hair!!! The picture I’ll be posting with this will show what I wanted in pink and what I got in white. I have been crying and having anxiety attacks for the past week because of how bad my hair is now. John said he could do what I asked for no problem and I trusted him. He pretty much gave me a man bun because I only have long hair on the top of my head when I wanted a long female Mohawk with long hair going down the back of my head too. Not to mention the “V” that was cut into the back of my head was NOT straight or even centered. This haircut was not worth the $65 I paid for it. And it’s not like I have a lot of money to buy a wig to cover it up so growing out my hair is going to be hell and take a very long time.
