Edit- my review would still be a 5 star if it wasn’t for today. I got my nails done on Thursday, I go here regularly for fills, always spend an extra 20 dollars for cat eye polish and tip regularly. I go every week to two weeks to get a fill, and my polish redone regularly, bring friends with me, so that means extra business. So one of my nails had a chip from a bubble in the polish come off Saturday… it happens no big deal especially since they’ll normally just fix it. They fixed my nail today and tried to rush the process by just putting polish on the whole nail with the chip no filing. The polish is thick, mind you, so it’ll never even out and look smooth if you don’t file it down. I told her I did not want that and wanted all the polish on the one nail off and redone so it matched the rest of my nails. She seemed frustrated with my choice because they had customers waiting for nails and whatnot, and I get it… but it took her less than 10 mins to file and redo the polish in a huge rush. And I just don’t understand why it had to seem like an inconvenience. I’m a paying customer too and spend 70 dollars at least each time I come in. So it was just a hugely disappointing experience for me today.

I love this place, I have been going here for about 5 years! I have brought my friends and family on different occasions and they all seem to love them! They are clean and very accommodating. I usually like to see Lily but I don’t “have” too so there have been tons of times I get different people. They really take their time with perfecting things. They are busy but have a lot of people working usually so if you have to wait it isn’t for very long. Not to mention their work is worth the wait.

Did not do design I wanted. Paint was falling off the next day, didn’t even do my sides of the nails was NOT def NOT worth 85$. first and LAST time there. For sure! Oh and let me know forget that the lady even noticed the nails were crooked the lady even noticed and said oh we “can fix it next time” . I’m not ever coming back. And there were like 3 people working on my nails which was already a red flag. Worse experience ever. For acrylics do not come here save ur money n trip smh

This is the only place I’ll go for acrylics, I live in Ballard/Seattle and its worth the drive every time. Ive had one somewhat iffy experience but I’ve come here maybe 12 times and can rely on high quality well shaped acrylics every time.

**MAJOR EDIT DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS IF YOU WANT AN INFECTION. I came here 5 days ago and after my cuticles were a little sore, fast forward a few days they were inflamed and pretty pained. They aren’t as inflamed and red in the picture I provided compared to two days ago. My infection is luckily not very severe but I shouldn’t have gotten one to begin with. THIS PLACE IS NOT SANITARY WHATSOEVER. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
