I got the splash signature pedicure which was honestly the best pedicure I have ever got! The jelly bath was so awesome! Mimi is the best nail technician there. She really goes out of her way to make sure you are completely relaxed. It was so relaxing and it’s just like a spa in there!

Absolutely stunning service!!! The first picture is for reference, as that was the style I requested. (It’s always important to create, or have an image of your desired look). The second two pictures is the design I received!! I would highly recommend Splash Nail Bar for any of your mani/pedi needs!! It is very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. At no point did I feel out of place, or as though I was being an inconvenience for wanting something more than just a solid color. In fact, Mimi seemed delighted to have the opportunity to practice a nail design. What’s important to remember, it is an art, and you must keep an open mind as to how that is interpreted by the artist!! I am beyond pleased at how this set came out, and we have even discussed what the next one will look like!! Again, they are very friendly and professional, and there is no way you will leave unsatisfied!!

I went in for a relaxing manicure that I had booked three days in advanced. The owner was extremely rude to me to the point where I had the nail tech remove my nails so I could leave the establishment. Once my nail polish was removed I paid and left. Not wanting to disturb the other clients I called the owner back to talk about my experience. She told me “I was just having a bad day”. I asked her if she felt badly for making me have a bad experience and she basically said no. Not only did she ruin my day (which was going well before I walked into Splash Nail Bar) she made me feel irrational.

Very comfortable massaging chairs and friendly staff! Made an appointment online and didn’t have to wait. Got the gel spa pedicure it was fabulous they did an amazing job. Will definitely be back soon!

Waited almost an hour for scheduled appointment just to sit down. The guy who finally started my manicure kept getting up, taking phone calls and I just couldn’t sit there any longer I had to go pick up my baby. I scheduled for a babysitter and drove an hour in traffic to meet a friend there for nothing. Thankfully didn’t pay- just left. Manicure

I was treated poorly by the owner and treated differently than other customers who were there at the same time. The menu selections are enticing, with a variety of pedicures to choose from, but not clearly displayed. The facility is clean, but service was poor. Maybe they will improve overtime. On my second visit, was scheduled for mani/pedi, received my pedicure, but then left to go get my manicure at another nail salon down the road because of the way I was being treated. I was treated poorly by the owner and treated differently than other customers who were there at the same time. Please check out this new Sandwich business! It’s a great option in Merchants Plaza – beautiful set up; spotlessly clean! My services – manicure and pedicure – were very professionally done with great care and attention to my needs and requests. After a long pandemic period with no pampering this was the perfect and very relaxing way to start the slow return to the “new normal”! Thank you Splash!
