Overall my experience with Liz (the beautician) was an okay experience nothing spectacular. This was my first time at this salon and I was trying to get some background on her experience before we started such as how long she has been doing hair and if she has ever did ethnic hair before which she said she has done ethnic hair and has been doing hair for two years. After washing my hair she cut it wet then blow-dried and curled it up. I asked for a cut and color and I also mention to her that i wanted my hair white for the color. Which didn’t happen if anything the only thing she did was put toner in my hair and cut it unevenly. I understand mistakes happen but the way the salons management team handle my issue sucked, communication was not there at all I was told I was supposed to go back to Liz who messed up my hair in the first place. Which didn’t make sense. When I called again, i talked to the owner and she said that some one was suppose to reach out the next day to reschedule me with a beautician who can handle my hair. After no one reached out to me. I was fed up dealing with them. I called them the next day to let them know that I was not impress with how they were handling my complaint. Didn’t seem liked they cared at all even the manager caught an attitude. Dealing with this salon has just been a huge headache and I would not recommend anyone with ethnic hair to go to this salon. This was an expensive lesson that I hope no one else has to experience.

First time trying this place for color and haircut, walking in they had a cute small salon dog that hung around and greet customers, they offered coffee, pop, or wine while you wait for your stylist to get ya. I had my appointment with Caitlyn J aka CJ, she was super nice and professional with 5 years experience. I had a balayage done from a previous hairstylist who gave me a harsh line I was kinda nervous trying a new place but CJ definitely heard me out on wanting dimensions and going for some highlights in a Carmel, chestnut brown color. She also gave me a hair treatment that helped my hair feel amazing. I also asked about hair products they had because of my how my hair had been feeling with my current products and I decided to give it a try. She talked me through how much and how often to use to help take care of my hair. Overall she made me feel comfortable and beautiful. 🙂 Finishing my look with some curls I felt like a who new person! I already got my next appointment scheduled and definitely recommend CJ for your stylist!
