Positive: Communication, ProfessionalismWe have loved Spivey Spa for years now!We have had massages, VIP massage service, been to an event held in this lovely space and took full advantage of the children’s spa party package, complete with several real spa services!My little one’s 4th birthday party was smack dab in the middle of covid. The staff provided a safe space where our small group could gather. They had snacks and beverages based on our dietary needs as well as robes and self care take home bags for the handle full of kids. The staff, especially the owner Lauren, was patient and attentive with such small ones as she led them through a meditation/calm down practice.My husband said the massage he had was SO well done and not just relaxing but comforting. Easily the best massage he has ever had.I have had a few massages with the owner, Lauren and she is gifted. Not only does she take the care to ensure your therapeutic goals are met, she continually provides education on how to prevent/reduce the same ocurrence. Positive: ProfessionalismI held my couples shower in their event space. Super friendly staff and the space itself was very cute! The a/c unfortunately went out but the staff/owner brought us a few fans and even went out and bought a brand new fan. There were a few small issues however after bringing it to their attention they will hopefully not happen again in the future. I held my couples shower in their event space. Super friendly staff and the space itself was very cute! The a/c unfortunately went out but the staff/owner brought us a few fans and even went out and bought a brand new fan. She returned home relaxed, upbeat and looking even more beautiful than she normally does. A gift card here was the best present I gave her in the year 2020. Looking forward to getting a massage myself in 2021.
