Liz is amazing! You won’t find a better massage therapist than her. I went to her today for a Swedish Massage and had an amazing experience. I told her I wanted light pressure but found that medium pressure is what I can handle and what I like more. I talked to her about my stressors pre-massage and I walked out feeling more relaxed. She also did cupping and found a few tight spots and worked out the knots. She’s the best.

Liz has healing hands – literally! In one visit she changed my life. I have been living with chronic tension my entire life and have TMJ. I booked a massage and added buccal and cupping.
