I would NEVER recommend this place. How they treated my daughter was reprehensible! My daughter is a student at WSU. She also works. I wanted to treat her to some “me time”. She’s so busy…she never has a moment to relax. I got her a gift certificate for $55 for pedicure and massage. The first thing they did when she entered was complain because she had the gift certificate on her phone and not printed out. She said she was uncomfortable with their response and complaints that the numbers didnt match and they didnt like it when customers didnt print them out. REALLY!!! She wanted to get her eyebrows done. I would have walked out if i were her, and i would have demanded a refund for the rudeness. Anyway, the eyebrows were grossly uneven and they took off all but three hairs on the outer side of one brow. She had a big Christmas party to go to and she was embarrassed. I was just trying to give her a small bit of rellaxation and all this place did is stress her. And the polish from the pedicure was smudged and barely lasted a week. Shame on them!!!!!
