Cristina was nice. Also liked the warm bed. Felt like I was filling out paperwork for a medical visit at the clinic. Didn’t know the need to explain how I Withstand all my injuries either. Pretty sure all that took longer then the massage. Overall the massage was ok at best, to slow and soft for most of it. I expressed I wanted good pressure on my feet especially which didn’t happen. I think she just kept to her style which didnt match mine!

How grateful I am that I chose Christina at Spirit Hands! Oh my goodness. She was able to intuitively find the areas that were causing problems, and gently but firmly get them to let go. (I’ve had other massage therapists tell me some of my back muscles are hard as rock!) After the first 90 minute massage, I didn’t have a single migraine for TWO WEEKS (normally, every couple days). And the frequency and severity are now a fraction of what they used to be. Christina creates a calm, soothing atmosphere that makes you feel safe and trustful. Came to Clear lake for spring break. Christina was absolutely the highlight of my trip! The relaxing setting she has created makes you feel very comfortable even before your massage. She cares deeply about how to best help you as an individual rather than just a timed procedure. She validated my areas of concern and not only addressed them but taught me how to safely stretch the muscles at home. Christina is a very experienced, knowledgeable licensed massage therapist. She has been able to address all of my concerns. I like how she listens to me explain the areas where I’m experiencing pain and tightness and then adjusts the massage to resolve those issues. Christina is very knowledgeable in how body systems work and how massage can help, which is quite helpful with my autoimmune disorders. I also experience positive effects from her lymphatic drainage massage.

Had an amazing experience at Spirit-Hands! Explained in detail what I was looking for and what type of outcome I wanted. Suffer from lower back pain due to wrestling which results in numbness. Plus I’m unable to sit for long periods of time without pain. After one session I could definitely tell the difference and relief off my lower back. Plus I was able to sit without discomfort which shocked me. Will be back again.
