They definitely have great customer service and always so friendly and pleasant. As far as the nails go they always look great but every time I go they drill my nails down so thin that they do not last. The last time I went they had made them extra “Secure” they put 4 layers of dip powder then a top of gel which then made them so bulky and my actual nail still had gotten ripped off.

They were done so thick I couldn’t remove them myself. I came to spicy to have them removed and get a basic gel manicure (this was my first time here). They were removed with no issues and the gel manicure was done beautifully! The service was great and they didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I had my acrylic nails done at another salon I frequently go to. They were halfway grown out and I needed them removed. They were done so thick I couldn’t remove them myself. I came to spicy to have them removed and get a basic gel manicure (this was my first time here). They were removed with no issues and the gel manicure was done beautifully! Honestly the worst salon I have ever been to. Unprofessional. Old lady that works there doesn’t know how to do pedicures. She sucks! They try to push you to do gel without sharing the up charge of $15. I feel bad though I think her boss makes her do them. But she really doesn’t do a good job whatsoever. You’re better off driving to Keller for a nail salon. They constantly make other people finish the service for whatever reason. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Critical: QualityNEVER AGAIN!!! My toenails are completely square and look fake. My nails are completely misshaped and underneath my real nails are just sticking out from underneath because they weren’t smoothed out with the drill. The sides of my nails don’t cover my real nails and have dents and lumps. I have clumps of the dried dip powder under most of my nails. I spent $100 for the WORST dip nails and pedicure I’ve ever had and I’ve had my nails done consistently for many years. Honestly idk how they stay in business with service like this. The owners were all very friendly but the work they did on me is without a doubt the worst I’ve ever experienced. I will never go back.
