I had a first time appointment on Monday for 2 o’clock. I was running late for my appointment and my boyfriend, who set up the appointment as a surprise, left a message at 1:53 that I was running late. I got there at 2:12. I knocked on the locked doors with no answer. I called and left a voicemail saying that I was there and sorry for being late and since there was no answer I would turn around and go home. On Thursday evening she returned my call and said she just couldn’t wait because five minutes late is one thing but 15 is just too much. Not only did she not give me the courtesy call to stop wherever I was and reschedule, I actually had to park, walk up the stairs and go through knocking and calling. I asked for a refund because I didn’t feel comfortable having someone work on my body who scolded me about About being late. I am a business owner as well and never would I treat a potential client or even a well seasoned client with such disrespect. I have heard very very good reviews about Massage by Natalie. And believe me any chance I get I am going to recommend and use her myself
