I moved to the Island about a year ago and have had a hard time finding a good hair salon. I’ve been to a few that we’re just meteocre, nothing fancy and ended up still paying top dollar. Let me just tell you that this salon is the answer to your hair prayers! Is it still a little pricey? Yes but at least you know you will be getting your moneys worth! They’re prices are no more than the other salons in the area at least. I made an appointment with Kim, who I believe is the owner, and she was nothing short of AMAZING! My hair was a balayage brunette at the top (pretty dark) and blonde at the bottom when I came in and I wanted to go totally blonde and get a decent hair cut. Kim totally exceeded my expectations and truthfully she made my experience at Lush just all around enjoyable. She chit chatted with me the whole time (was fun to talk to) and really took her time on my hair really showing me that she cared. My new blonde hair is so beautiful and she gave me the best hair cut I’ve ever had. Trust me, this is your new salon! You will pay top dollar somewhere else and be disappointed, but here you will be in great hands. The receptionist was also very sweet and offered me beverages multiple times which was nice! Thank you ladies for the great experience! Keep up the good work!

My Mom and I went to HHI, on vacation for a week. We spent countless hours looking for a salon to get our hair done. Lush was our choice. It was the biggest highlight of our vacation. Mom started to leave. When Kim the owner came up, I told Kim about my Mom wanting to leave. Once Kim started talking to her telling her what she would do. My Mom decided to stay and give Kim a try. I’m so thankful for Kim. My Mom and I could not have asked for anything more. By the time we left, we knew we made the best choice not only for us. But for our hair. Went left feeling ready to rock HHI. And Morgan, Morgan, Morgan you are awesome. Don’t ever change.

The owner of this salon is extremely unprofessional and rude. I planned a wedding which they were unable to perform any service for and expected to keep all my money. They never made any efforts to call or contact me. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR MONEY. I have had my hair cut there for 3 years and initially wouldn’t have expected any of that. True colors are really shown in times when the HHI community experiences a hardship and surely Kim showed heres without any compassion.
