The reason I gave zero because your front desk was greedy for the fees. Called me 15 mins before my appointment saying that Ruslana not working and I have to do with another technician. What a joke! For the past 2 times that received the treatment from other technicians. It wasn’t good at all, and now rescheduled me cost me another $30 out of $50. That lady kept saying that I have to call 2 days earlier to see if my technician working on that day or not. Excuse me! I don’t organize your worker schedules and I have thing to do. I paid for service not begging for it. Watch out new/current customers don’t fall on their trap!

Their staff is really pleasant and sweet especially the front desk girl Alisa who helped recommend the best package for me, also the technician Ruslana who did my laser hair removal. The place looks really nice and clean, and the procedure was painless and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Bikini hair removal, Lip hair removal, Underarm hair removal

Would not recommend . Doesn’t seem the lasers work, or the staff have proper training. My partner went for six sessions at this place and says she has not seen even minimal reduction in six sessions. One time she was even burned during treatment! Another time she needed to reschedule and they pushed back her appointment a month because of lack of availability! She says they would only do laser for a minute or two minutes each session. When she would ask for more time they would tell her she needs to upgrade to a more expensive package. It’s very disappointing for her because this place has wasted six months of her life. She is now looking for a better place to get treatment.

The service with Ruslana was great. She was very kind & a great person to have for your first experience. What I don’t like about Spektrum is their business & sale tactics. I used the Groupon package which includes 2 small and 1 large area. Apparently your extended bikini line – which should actually be the same thing as your bikini line (seeing as it is the exact same area of your body) is not included in the package and you have to pay an additional $450+. It was clearly just a way for them to get you into the location with the Groupon because anyone who gets a wax/Brazilian for example knows the bikini line is the same thing as the extended and when getting a Brazilian there is never an extra charge for that area. The fact that they do this is tacky and a poor business practice. My friend goes to another location and they do not do this. I would not recommend to anyone for that

I did see results but working with the staff and technicians is like pulling teeth. They are rude and every time I ask a question, I’m given a snappy response. Will not be returning, and would not recommend. You’re likely to get results from laser anywhere, why put yourself through unprofessional behavior.
