When I talked to the girl about putting my account on freeze, she told me the price and that I just needed to call when I was ready to resume. Two months later I was charged $75 for a service I didn’t use. I called and was told I told them to resume my service that month. I didn’t. I went to this tanning salon for years. During COVID, I put my account on freeze so that I didn’t lose my service. When I talked to the girl about putting my account on freeze, she told me the price and that I just needed to call when I was ready to resume. They are very rude. I went there with my daughter a while ago and got their spray tan system but they made fun of how white and pale we were and said we needed to have a tanning session first before getting the spray and other customers were in the store while they made fun of us. We were so humiliated that we never went back. Bad business to make fun of customers. We were there BECAUSE we needed a quick tan and would have gone back weekly to maintain but ended up buying a tanning system to hold us until we were able to lay out in the sun, which is free. Don’t use them.

Called to asked questions on package pricing from listed on website… asked about level one for $14.95 if that was unlimited a month for level one bed and also individual tanning prices per session. I was told they don’t have a level one package even though it’s listed on their website that they only start at level two which is $41.95 for 150 something mins only or $8 a session for up to 20 mins per session. I’m very fair skin and only able to tan for 4-5 mins at a time so this would not be a sufficient. The first option I was told must be paid up front in full and computer keeps track of your mins you use. What if I decide I didn’t like this facility? Just need to update website with current package information and have staff able to explain a little better bc I was the one having to ask more and more questions to get the information I did receive.
