I haven’t been to this establishment yet, but made an appt. The receptionist never answered, but left a message and call was quickly responded to, and handled professionally. Thank you! Got the appt and Lindsay cut my hair. She was great! Very easy to talk to and love my haircut. I will be back!!

Horrible experience. I’ve waited several months to write this review. When I called , I explained to Mollie what I wanted, the high-lift color I needed and with an experienced stylist. She scheduled me with Lindsay. My highlights came out yellow, not the level I asked for, and I had orange blotchy streaks and dots at my roots. I returned a few days later for a correction. The owner opted in to help with my color correction. While helping Lindsay fix my hair, she had excuse after excuse for why my first appointment went wrong including the fact that Lindsay was a new stylist! For real? Thanks a lot Mollie for not listening when I made the appointment. Anyhow, my highlights finally looked right, but the process left my natural color lighter also which I wasn’t happy about. But oh well. What’s more up setting is the way the Lindsay handled my wet and processed twice hair causing major breakage. She was brushing through my wet hair starting at the root instead of starting at the ends then working up. She asked me if it hurt. I told her no but I was worried about her causing more breakage than necessary since my hair is already very fine and sensitive from being processed twice. She said it was fine and continued to brush it the same way, as I watched hair continuously fall as if it was snowing. How did she not see that?

Ambree touched up my roots, did highlights and cut/styled my hair EXACTLY the way I wanted. Price was very reasonable and Ambree was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. I have been to many salons and when I leave, I always wish something was different (they way the cut it, the color, etc). But not here. I was extremely pleased and will be back once my roots grow out! Thanks for a great experience.

High end salon. Excellent styling, color is their forte. If I cant afford to go there for some reason, I’d rather do my color at home. No other salon stacks up to their standards. Luckily a little OCD of owners and employees keeps salon beautiful and decor is fantastic. Great accessories and hair products offered. Extremely talented group from nails, facials, make-up, hair, and more. If you want to look your best, Spectrum is the place. Fantastic service.

My first visit to this salon was a disappointment. How difficult could it be to color my dark color root to a brown one? I was very specific telling her what I wanted, also showed her a picture, but she left my root darker than the original one. Her explanation was that next time she will lift it more, just like that… without the minimum intent of fix it that day, which I think would be the correct thing to do. I was almost crying when I left the salon and realize how much did she charge me, which I paid without complains but I was expecting so much more of this salon. I ended paying $ 140 for nothing. The atmosphere was great and the girl Ambree was nice but very unprofessional.

Absolutely love Spectrum! Gifted stylists and nail specialist! Perry does amazing make-up and spray tanning. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a beautiful salon. I will not go anywhere else!

Do not sign up for this service if you can help it. It may seem all glitz and glamour, but they will get you once your “promotional” period ends. Which they rarely disclose. My bill went up $30 from my last bill due to my promotional period ending. You would think with all the competition around going door to door just like them they would do anything to keep their customers. Nope.
