The nail technician did a sloppy job with a full set of colored powder nails. When I tried to explain what I didn’t like, she proceeded to argue with me and ultimately said, “I’ve been doing nails for years!” Not to mention she was on her cell phone the whole time! Terrible service! Definitely go to Shades The Nail Bar on Sienna Crossing. It’s absolutely beautiful inside with professional staff and upscale treatment!

I immediately got worked on and the girl was so fast and very good. My normal time in the nail shop just for nails and takeoff is always like 2 hrs but she manage to do all of that in like a hr at the most and my length was kind of long. I actually love this place. They not the cheapest however I feel they are worth it. I’ll take quality over quantity anyday. I asked for my previous nails to be taken off and a full set. The lady in the front for me was really cool and nice. I immediately got worked on and the girl was so fast and very good. My normal time in the nail shop just for nails and takeoff is always like 2 hrs but she manage to do all of that in like a hr at the most and my length was kind of long. I actually love this place. Beautiful salon and everyone is in uniform. Danny does my nails and he is MAGNIFICENT. I’ve been going to him for 10 yrs now. If you can get an appt with him, your nails will be superbly done. I like my nails to look like the grew out of my hands NATURALLY, not those wide over acryliced nails.

Today was my first time at this nail salon and it was amazing. The service was fast,and proffessional! I sat with B and he did an amazing job on my nails! He used a different technique I was not used to but I allowed him to do his job and he did outstanding! I love my nails and his customer service was awesome, the location is cute as well!

First thing first, I contacted Spectrum at 11:18 inquiring about making an appointment. They informed me that I could come and had an appointment set for 11:30 . I arrived at Spectrum around 11:25 and informed one of the managers of my appointment . I proceeded to pick out a color and I also informed them of a nail that had recently broke . They informed me that it would not be a problem since the nail itself is broken off on the corner . The nail tech Hannah and myself discussed a plan for my nail . I was informed to wash my nails once all of them was taken off, however that wasn’t the case . The nail tech (Hannah) placed an artificial nail on top of my broken thumb nail . As you can see in the picture I have dried up blood still lingering on my nail . I attempted to wash the blood away even after confronting the nail tech (Hannah) about the incident . I was then asked to get up and wait for someone to do my nails although someone was already doing my nails . This is very unprofessional and highly rude of them . I have been coming to this nail shop for 6 years and have had many minor problems but nothing this major . I am highly disappointed with Spectrum and I will be taking my business else where at this point .

Overall i had a great experience here at spectrum prices where great Lily did my nails perfect she did the design the colors and the shape exactly how i wanted it I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Annie did my pedicure amazing as well she was perfect. Definitely will be returning to spectrum!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. The lady in the front, I guess the owner, is so incredibly rude. She acts like she’s doing you a favor. The finished product sucked! My 3 year old neice could of done a better job. My toes polish is all bumpy and looks sloppy. I got shellac on my nails and that looks just as bad too. And the girl was so rough. Save your money and go elsewhere. I could handle the rude ass owner if they did a good job but it’s just as bad as her attitude!!!!

Great team, just when I walked in one if the lady’s was border line rude. Said that what I was asking for was going to be very expensive. Which to me is not a problem. Ended up getting something more simple because she kept pushing me to get something else done. But other thank that the hem I got was very nice and great at what they do.
