Critical: ProfessionalismThis is my second and last time I’m getting my lashes done here. The first time they did an okay time, this time they did awful. I asked for lashes that started off short and ended long with a medium length. They made all my lashes the same length, even the lashes near the corner of my eyes. They were so unnaturally long and poking me in the eye. My lashes look uneven and cheap. Falsies are better than these. They’re flat and aren’t curled and stick out straight. I went back and I asked them to remove the corner lashes and they got scissors and cut my eyelashes extensions in the corner. And now I’m out $90. Never going back. This is my second and last time I’m getting my lashes done here. The first time they did an okay time, this time they did awful. I asked for lashes that started off short and ended long with a medium length. They made all my lashes the same length, even the lashes near the corner of my eyes. I’ve been going here for a few years…. Only one trip was disappointing. At first I would use Angie and she was perfect! And now Tweety does my sets to perfection! I make my appointment and go right in to start my refill! Excellent service! The cute lady at the front always greets me by name! And I love that! Eyelash extensions

I got my lashes done a full set 2 weeks and 4 days ago . Within 2 days I had to go and get them refilled because a hour after I left they were already messing up, falling out of place etc… a week after that I had to pay the full refill price and two days after that they started falling out. This is a few days before New YEars and my family and I went away for the holidays. When I get back on the first I called explained that I had been there 3 times in 2 weeks and 4 days and they needed to be refilled again less than a week after just having done. Frustrated I asked her if I would have to pay again and she said yes. That would mean it cost me $210 dollars for lashes in 2 and half weeks. I was told they would be fine nothing done for 2-3 weeks. That means I am paying for two of most expensive set of lashes that should last me a month and some in just 2 and half weeks. This is outrageous . My best friend gets hers done somewhere else and they were still perfect 4 weeks after and she never went in for touch ups. Disappointing as this is my first experience with getting lashes and love them but will NOT go there again. Unless you want to break the bank and waste a lot of time I would find another place to go. This place SUCKS!

Refill was not the same result when I returned on the 2 week mark. Refill is not mink, they are not full and started falling out the next day. Refill was expensive, $50, and I tipped well. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAMAZING! I was in town and booked with Anna. This was my third time getting lashes done at all. She did a quick job, about an hour (most places take 2-3 hours) and they were just what I showed her! Also, they have lasted FIVE weeks!!!! Highly impressed.

Nancy does really a FABULOUS job. I am always satisfied when I walkout of her door. She gives you exactly what you want. I have been going to this place for close to 2 years now and never been dissatisfied. She is the only one I will let do my lashes. She is very sweet and get you in and out with your lashes lasting a good length of time before a refill. I will recommend her anytime. She is the bomb. Best one if you ask me.

Seen a pretty good deal on Groupon to get my lashes done so I decided to give them a try. I asked the lady for a classic NATURAL set with a little volume and that I didn’t want them to thick.. apparently she didn’t understand to much English cus she did them thick af and some of them are crooked, nothing about them look natural . I also had her to remove some of the lashes to thin them out a lil but I was still disappointed smh. I don’t think I’ll be returning. The glue work was sloppy and the lash quality is cheap looks like plastic. I recently was referred by a few girls from work to come here and let’s just say, the cost for my lashes ($85), was not even worth HALF of the price. My experience was peaceful and professional but the very first 24 hrs of getting my lashes done, they started to shed. A total of 4 lashes already within 24 hours is crazy. I spent $115 total with tip and my lashes are not voluminous as I requested. Voluminous normally means WITH VOLUME, normally when you do that, you have to create a little more fullness and I didn’t get that. Comfortable atmosphere though!

Came in with a Groupon for a full set of lashes. I was charged an additional $10 for fuller lashes (no biggie). Technician did a terrible rush job took her 40 minutes to complete a full set. She glued large clusters of lashes anywhere she could find space. Lashes looked hideous and started falling out after 2 days. I will NEVER be back!
