I have been going to this nail salon for many years 7+ maybe. I went this evening around 630ish and it wasn’t as busy. My husband and I both got a manicure and pedicure but I had an awful experience. The nail technician cut me twice while she did my manicure and both cuts would not stop bleeding. They added a powder then a spray to make it stop but it just kept bleeding. Believe it or not for one of my nails the lady painted over the blood which it’s horrible and so unsanitary and unsafe!! I’m so sad because I love this place. I don’t know if they were in a hurry or tired but it’s unacceptable and yes I still paid! They need to do better.

Me and my sisters got a pedicure over the phone they told us 25 dollars and we went in and they said 30 and charged $5 more for painting our toe nails and the lady was very rude

So I went in with my mom because it’s mother’s day soon and I thought hey I’ve never had a manicure and for a dude who’s never had one I already feel uncomfortable trying this out. When I get there they let two broads with no appointments go ahead of me after my mom clearly stating I wanted a manicure too. I didn’t want to be rude and say something so I left my mom there and told her Ill pick her up later. I just thought it was disrespectful… too bad I always leave a big tip.

Went in for a $20 pedicure. The nail lady cut my toe with drill and still charged me $25, said 5 dollars extra because of massage, i was nice enough to say okay and pay. Payed with a 50 bill and gave me a 20 and 5 back in change so all i had was a 5 to tip her for the work she did do but never again coming back here. Spend your money elsewhere.
