I got a pedicure and gel polish change on my nails from SPECIAL nails in Cordova on yesterday. Last night the polish began to peel and today the polish has come off of 5 of my nails. That was my first time visiting SPECIAL nails and needless to say I will not be back. I feel like I threw away $82.00. I usually don’t write reviews but I am so disappointed. I have never had as poor a nail shop experience as I did with SPECIAL!

Basic experience, people social skills need to improve, service is not the best. Quality of work is poor and sloppy. Under my nails are clunk up with hard filling. They don’t believe in cleaning it or just taking there time to do a good job. My cuticles are all bleeding from the electrical file. It’s not the right fit for me, I will keep searching.

Had an 11am appointment…was not seen until 11:43. Service was not ideal. Manicure was performed with practically cold water and no moisturizer to soften cuticles. Had to ask to wait more than 1 minute of soak time before Johnny was ready to start the process. No buffing of nails done…poor job. Manicure
