Pam & Vee are GREAT period!! I’ve literally known them and been going to this shop with my grandmother since I was 11 (24 now)! YES THERE MAY BE A LONG WAIT & YES ITS ONLY TWO NAIL TECHS!!! But their loyal customers have known this for YEARS, either make a appointment during the WEEKday or call and they always give a ACCURATE wait time. Vee & Pam are really great at what they do, they have very reasonable prices and this will always be my main nail salon

Only place I like getting my brows waxed BUT customer service tend to be the worst.. I came I sat for 20 mins then asked what was it that I wanted. I told them then was asked to cone back at 330pm… I came back and the lady said oh it’s an hour and a half wait!.. really?!?!?!? Why would to tell me to come back in the first place.. looks like I have to find another place.

They dont deserve any stars those woman that works in there are rude and unprofessional..They lie about appointments Ive watched them turn people away lieing saying they don’t have any openings…I will never go back there with my hard earned money…They tell people to come back and then when they come back they still turn them away they are the most ghetto nail shop but have the audacity to judge black woman that comes in paying their ass if it wasnt for us they ass will be shut down…I dont advise anyone in Winston Salem to go there period
