If I could give zero star , I would have given to Laura Zhou because she is very old stylist I have had ever seen. Without any washing hair or make a wetting hair, she just start cut my hair. The final haircut was completely different with the picture I showed her. Without any attention to my request, she only did whatever was in her mind. Poor customer service, very expensive just only for cut my dried hair without any specific style that I asked her was my experience in Special FX salon

The other stylists at this location are always friendly, the place is comfortable and clean. Laura makes her schedule work to fit you in. I trust her implicitly.

While trying to make me blonde, they gave me horrible chunky highlights, turned my hair orange and left me with ugly and damaged hair(that still wasn’t remotely blonde). I will never return and would not recommend.

I showed the hairdressers a picture of a shoulder length bob I wanted and she gave me I chin length bob. Never going here again. She ruined my hair.

The worst place for haircut. Please please don’t go there for haircut with Laura. She doesn’t know anything about haircut and showing picture doesn’t mean for her because she just does whatever she wants.
