I am a bit spontaneous, so I went to Special Effects looking for blonde highlights, thinking this idea might be the most natural look for someone whose hair has undergone a lot of damage this winter. I don’t like to style my hair with any styling products or blow-dryers or irons, but I do have some mousy roots coming in, so I just wanted a no-hassle hair-color fix. I liked my dark brown with natural reddish highlights – I just didn’t think they could match my roots to my ends. But after a consultation with Brooke, I got exactly the shade of brown I wanted and it looks NATURAL. Yay! I will be going back every 6 weeks. So happy I called them.
