Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI loved my experience from beginning to end!! I came in without an appointment and asked if they quickly accommodated me. The receptionist was friendly and the owner immediately approached me and directed me to a stylist.Kim did my nails. She offered UV nail which I’ve never done before, but definitely liked the final result. Kim was friendly and def did a great job with my nails.I was then directed to get my pedicure. Allie did my pedicure and foot massage. She was AWESOME! Very friendly, clean, talented and she gives a great foot massage. She even gave me a back massage while I waited for my toes to dry!!!I’m usually a picky person when it comes to my nails and I hardly ever come out fully satisfied but this place really did it for me!!Ohhh! I forgot to mention that they gave me a cute calendar and hand lotion for the holidays! Wow the best experience thy far.From customer service to the way my nails look. I’ve have moved here recently from nyc and tried a few salons… this one blows them out of the water!!! Lucy and Maria so good. Will definitely be my go to from now on. Pedicure, Gel manicures

It’s really disheartening to be met with attitude and disdain when you report your disappointment with lackluster service. After my service was over, I went to the front desk and asked the young lady who is always walking around if she is the manager. She told me no but asked what was the concern. I told her I was unhappy with my service. I said there was too much socializing between my nail tech and the other two next to her. I explained that my service took longer than it should have because she kept stopping to talk to them. I also told her that she was hurting my nail beds with the tools and I communicated this to her twice. I had to ask her to turn the speed down. She was too busy talking to her co-workers and was a little too rough on my nails. The “non manager” asked me who did my nails and looked at the computer screen. She then said “Well your appointment was at 4:30, it takes an hour”. I couldn’t believe my ears. That’s all she got from that, so I looked at my phone at that moment and told her that it was actually 5:49 pm. I got an apology from the very nice lady with the blonde hair, at the front desk but no apology from the person that I was actually speaking with. Non manager did say she would tell her (nail tech) and said she gave me the coupon discount that I already had on my phone. I agree with another poster, the owner allows this woman to speak to his customers so rudely.

I love this salon they do great work, BUT the woman at the counter, heavy set Latin woman has an attitude problem. And to make things worse, the owner, older man lets her talk to the customers any way she wishes. If this woman didn’t work here they would get a ten star rating from me… all it takes is one bad apple ! !! Acrylic nails

I showed them a picture of what I wanted, counter staff is very nice and great but when it came to my nails she cut the nails way too short after I said I wanted them long. I showed her the shape I wanted and everything and she did not do it. These are not the nails I wanted and when I said something nothing changed. Manicure, Pedicure

I was recommended Spazio Nails and they haven’t dissapointed me! I’ve gone for the third month in a row for gel manicures. I usually NEVER get my nails done – as you can see I like my nails short. But the gel is really good quality they last a long time. I’ve worked with Alexa and Jenny, both amazing! ♡

I think the quality has gone down significantly with new ownership. I have gone to this location for over 15 years but sadly I don’t think I’ll be back because the service level and quality have suffered while the prices have increased.
