Critical: Professionalism, QualityI am not someone who likes to bash businesses online. If I have an issue, I will share it with owner directly. Today I had an appointment for a regular manicure and I brought my own nail polish with me. The lady who did my nails did not seem to know what she’s doing. She rushed through the process and had to remove and repolish a couple of my nails and when she did, she never reapplied the base coat. And when she was finally done, my nails weren’t evenly polished and they looked too messy. I went to the owner and showed him my nails and he replied by saying “that happened because you brought your own nail polish”.. No apology and no offer to fix it. I am not someone who likes to bash businesses online. If I have an issue, I will share it with owner directly. Today I had an appointment for a regular manicure and I brought my own nail polish with me. The lady who did my nails did not seem to know what she’s doing. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was so pleased to get an appointment (for regular gel) so quickly and had a professional, clean and overall enjoyable experience. The best nail salon I’ve tried so far in the immediate area. Gel shade is #011 it’s held up so perfectly. I’ll definitely visit again soon.

Positive: Quality, ValueI’ve been to many local nail salons as I get a pedicure monthly and usually try somewhere new each time. This place stands out as one of the best I’ve ever been to! I suffer from extremely dry skin and calluses on my feet. the man who did my pedicure took his time (Which is a rarity with many local nail spas that I’ve tried) and my feet felt amazing by the time he was finished. The place is also very comfortable, clean and feels like a spa. I’ve been to many local nail salons as I get a pedicure monthly and usually try somewhere new each time. This place stands out as one of the best I’ve ever been to! I suffer from extremely dry skin and calluses on my feet. the man who did my pedicure took his time (Which is a rarity with many local nail spas that I’ve tried) and my feet felt amazing by the time he was finished. They have a huge selection of polish colors. 4 stars not 5 because the $27.00 pedicure price is the most I have seen in this area. No sugar scrub but lotion and leg/foot massage. Whenever I see mixed reviews, I am motivated to try a new place for myself. I am glad I did. Mary gave me a very nice pedicure, I have zero complaints. They have a huge selection of polish colors. 4 stars not 5 because the $27.00 pedicure price is the most I have seen in this area. No sugar scrub but lotion and leg/foot massage.
