Believe the comments that tell you the whole experience will be so rushed and awkward+ bad mani/pedi. We had an appointment for 4pm but got stuck in really bad traffic and got there at 4:30pm(we called to let them know that we are running late). The owners wife was being rude and saying things about us out loud. They close at 6:30!! there were no other customers there except us and no one walked in until we left. She then proceeded to do a messy horrible manicure while i was getting my pedicure so i was sitting awkwardly to one side! so uncomfortable! i had one of the other girls fix the manicure for me and it still looks horrible… I brought this up to the owner and he acted like he didnt know what happened… didnt even apologize. You have 4 nail techs working there… there was no reason for her to rush my manicure and do a horrible job! even the pedicure was rushed which was done by another tech. The whole experience was so awkward and after we were all done the employees were just sitting around talking!! Why rush then? never coming back… She didnt even cut the cuticles (i asked the other tech to do it once she was done with my friend and it looked a little better). All the coats of nail polish in an effort to fix what she did made it worse!

Scheduled an appointment for a pedicure way before their closing time, I was the only customer and the whole experience was rushed, aggressive and unfriendly. Not to mention the lady doing the pedicure wasn’t any good at it. I could pay way less at any other place and get higher quality service. Not sure if they’re any better with actual spa services but based on my experience I would not be returning.

Awful experience, the gel polish was taken off my nails w a dremel tool, they weren’t soaked off, damaged my nails. The owner said they didn’t have an “experienced” tech for gel & told me to leave and go somewhere else ! I left with damaged nails and half done . Awful service & owner is rude

Lots of time was taken and everything done exceeded my expectations. My sister was just as surprised and pleased as I was. You definitely get more then you’re money’s worth here. My sister was just as surprised and pleased as I was. You definitely get more then you’re money’s worth here. Its nothing like a typical nail salon. They offer different services as well. Just went today and celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday by treating her to a Spaworld package (60 min Swedish massage, Spa world manicure and pedicure). Had an amazing full body massage (perfect amount of pressure and attention to all parts of the body). Had a nice array of colors for the manicure and pedicure, took about 2-2.5 hours. Costed 115 per person (base price w/o tax). Overall, great experience 😉 Highly recommend!!

Critical: QualityWorst pedi/mani I have every had in my entire life. Paid $70 which included a 20 minute massage. Tech never touched the bottom of my feet once. Oil was left all over the back of my legs and on the bottoms of my feet. I could barely walk out b/c my feet were slipping and sliding in my sandals. I am now home (washed hands thoroughly after this experience) and have to refile my nails b/c the job was that poor. I am also not sure the nail instruments were sterilized (during covid no less). The file block was re-used on many customers. Owner pointed at 10% gratuity sign. I walked out . It was that bad. He an appointment at another nail salon. Went in and they were packed and told me it will be 1.5 hour wait….I left that place and found spa World! So glad I did! I walked in and a got a pedicure and gel manicure. Best service, I was so relaxed when I left and the prices are great. I live in FL, so I will be coming here when I’m back in town for sure.
