Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Qualityself love!!! Exactly what my soul needed. ❤️ I had an 80 min massage with Stephen. If only they offered longer sessions, I would totally book!! Talk about healing hands. He responded when I spoke and was quiet when I needed to meditate. He knows exactly where to focus even without being asked. The time went past super quickly and I only hoped for more. I will be sure to book back to back sessions next time!!I followed up my amazing massage with a unbelievable facial with Karen. I have always had a situation with dry skin. I always wondered how do I get a dewy look. Karen was very informative as to what I should do at home as well as taking great care of me during my session. I felt great and looked better. I can’t be more happier. I was super comfortable and rejuvenated.I felt comfortable with both my massage and my facial and got everything I asked for and more. I have brought back friends to have the same experience at Spavia. Had a massage with Shannon O. and it was outstanding. I had specific areas that needed to be treated a certain way and she nailed it. Most relaxing massage I’ve had in so long. Then had a sugar scrub with aesthetician Karen Q, which was like another awesome massage that left me with smooth skin. Fantastic spa day and thanks to both! Karen is knowledgable, kind, and she created such a lovely atmosphere during the facial I almost fell asleep! Karen is incredibly thorough, and she walked me through what she was using and what her recommendations for my skin were-I really appreciated it. Even after extractions, she somehow left my face insanely smooth, glowing, and not red! I am used to hiding out after a facial, but my skin has never looked better and I wanted to show it off right away! Thank you, Karen, I am a loyal client for life now!Can a facial be life changing??
