Every now and then you find a hidden gem and last weekend I found one In Spavia KOP! From the phone call to book my appointment to my early arrival I can say that I was impressed. Customer service is a huge thing for me and lately it has seemed like a thing of the past in most business, sadly. I pay attention to small details because those are the things that inspire me to spend my money with a business. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The decor was classy and warm.

Booked appointment for my wife and she was very disappointed on dirt in the bathroom that she was scared to sit down, she didn’t wanna leave a review for the sake to not being able to book another facial. But she said facial was a great experience but this place needs to be cleaned! 2.5/5

I found out about Spavia while walking around with my best friend. We decided to walk in and get information. We were greeted by the owner. She asked if we wanted a tour, which sold me right away. I decided i wanted to schedule an appointment because i had a lot of stress going on with my sister being sick. I unfortunately was not able to schedule a massage because they were booked, understandably since it was last minute. I decided to try the detox wrap. Upon my arrival i was greeted warmly. I received all the necessary things to undress and waited for Melanie. She was so sweet and she listened to how i was feeling. Then to my surprise when i was done they told me they had availability for a massage. I took it and was so glad i did. I had Jay he was amazing. I have not been able to find someone in a long time since the last person i had that made me feel so relaxed. I am definitely returning next month for Jay and a facial with Melanie.

Received a facial from Melanie and it was probably by far the best facial I’ve ever had. She gave me great skin advice and tips for healthy skin. At the end of my session, I literally had a glow..more like my skin sparkled. It was amazing–I can’t wait to see her again next month.

From the time I walked through the door I felt relaxed. The receptionist was welcoming and quickly got me signed in and into the locker room. My massage therapist greeted me next and there was little wait time. My massage and hand/foot treatments were perfect and left me feeling refreshed. I can wait to come back.

Had a booked and confirmed appointment for this morning. Drove 25 minutes to get there. I was asked to check in which I did, then go change into a robe and wait in the lounge for the massage technician to get me. Waited there a half hour only to have front desk girl finally come and tell me the massage technician doesn’t work Saturdays and i have to leave and come back some other time. Completely unprofessional.

Ouch! Very expensive. Got decent service but I have paid three time less for better facial. I think they also charge for plush bathrobe and towels etc and not only for the service. I don’t think I will go again.

Such an amazing experience! I had a 90 minute massage with Jamie and a facial with Shanda. The massage was extremely relaxing. The pressure was perfect and she made sure to focus on where I felt the tightest. My facial left my skin feeling rejuvenated. Shanda was very gentle and told me what each product did. I left with my skin glowing! My whole experience was so good and all of the staff was very friendly, I’ll definitely be back!
