When you arrive for your first visit you are asked everything from your music preference to your scent preference and on and on. You are then led to a lovely locker room where you were provided with a plush robe and slippers. From there you enter a lovely relaxation room with an assortment of hot or cold beverages at your disposal. When your therapist comes to retrieve you, you are lead into a lovely treatment room, in my case massage room, where the magic happens! If you can get a massage appointment with Zoe, do it! She is amazing. Never have I had a massage by such a skilled professional! And when I say skilled I mean it! When Zoe was finished with my 100 minute massage, I was like butter! I called the day before my mother’s birthday to see, by any chance, they could get in my mom, my sister and I for a massage and 2 facials. The receptionist was so helpful and asked if she could call me back to see if one of the estheticians could come in early to accommodate us. I was so grateful!The atmosphere in this spa is immediately relaxing when you walk in the door. They give you robes to change into with secure lockers for your stuff. Warm neck wraps and tea while you wait for your therapist. I had Laura do my facial and she was fantastic. This spa went above and beyond my expectations. I called the day before my mother’s birthday to see, by any chance, they could get in my mom, my sister and I for a massage and 2 facials. The receptionist was so helpful and asked if she could call me back to see if one of the estheticians could come in early to accommodate us. I was so grateful!

From the moment you walk in you cannot help but feel welcomed. After I put on the luxurious robe and sat in the relaxation room, which is absolutely beautiful, I knew I was in for a treat. I had the most wonderful 60 minute massage with Sherry. She is the absolute best! She took such care with me from start to finish. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire massage and was very professional. The 60 minutes flew by so quickly. I wish I could have stayed at Spavia all day! I cannot wait to go back.
