Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI received a gift certificate for the relax package as a birthday gift. I was so impressed with this day spa! I’ve been to several chains within Westchester as well as more expensive spas in the city and while on vacations. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The facilities were spotlessly clean. The owner Ben was friendly and welcoming. Due to an emergency I was a little late. Luckily, because of scheduling, I was still able to receive the full time on my treatments, which was very nice considering most places, in my experience, wouldn’t do this. Mila did my facial. She did a fantastic job with my sensitive skin. I couldn’t stop looking at how clean my pores were. But the best part of the experience was my massage with Shawnta. The woman has gifted hands. She found all my stiff muscles and knots and I walked out feeling I just got back from a week long vacation, it was one of the best massages I have ever received! I received a gift certificate for the relax package as a birthday gift. I was so impressed with this day spa! I’ve been to several chains within Westchester as well as more expensive spas in the city and while on vacations. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The facilities were spotlessly clean. I randomly decided to give professional massages a try and was so happy I did. My masseuse was Laura Ann and she was so communicative and friendly and my back felt amazing afterwards.
