From the moment I walked through the door it was a relaxing experience. It smelled good. The women out front were kind and helpful. I liked that I could choose my lotion scent and the music I listened to. The process with the changing room with the robe and sandals, and the cozy waiting room lent to the relaxation process and helped me feel really pampered. And then Chris gave me an amazing 100 minute massage while not talking, as I’d requested.

My daughter and I came in for a facial and massage. My massage was ok, not anything special even though I booked a deep tissue massage and expected to feel release of tension I usually do afterwords. I’ve definitely had better massages elsewhere. My daughter’s facial seemed to be done well, although she developed lots of redness afterwards. I liked the rest area and friendly staff, but services were not “amazing” as other people indicated in their reviews.

1/9/23 update: I finally had a chance to reschedule and just wanted to let everyone know that my massage and overall experience was really great the second time around! Everyone can make a human error, and that’s what happened with my first visit. It was unfortunate, but Spavia apologized and I really think the one-time error was not representative of how that business usually runs. So, I’ll be back again, and I do recommend this location to other people, as I had a really wonderful experience.

This day spa is wonderful. It is clean and has professional employees. From the start the place has available parking. You enter and are greeted. I was booked for a package that was 3 hours long. Least to say I did not want to leave! My massage and facial was impeccable and lunch was great too. This is my go to spot now.

Extremely disappointed. The spa would not honor an expired gift card from 1 month ago. My family frequents the spa and I wanted to try it, however the management enforces antiquated policies. Would not recommend this establishment.
