Spavia is the best massage spa my husband and I have been too! I love that their massage beds have adjustable temperatures to keep your body and muscles warm and relaxed to your comfort. Everything was nice and clean as well! Their hospitality was awesome and our masseuses were the best. I had Suzanne and my husband had Stanley. We love how well they listened to our needs and applied that to our massages. Whether we spoke about pain in certain areas or pressure of the massage, they were both on point to giving us exactly what we asked but also what they knew we needed. I had knots in my back and muscle tightness but wanted more of a gentle pressure and Suzanne was able to deliver that pressure while focusing on the knots in my back and losing them up. The staff at Spavia really know what they’re doing and care to provide you with the best service! We had our first massage there a month ago and are on our way back today for another!

ZERO STARS. I came for a planned (months ahead) event for a sprinkle/baby shower celebration for my sister in law. While I was already waiting in my robe, the receptionist came out to inform me my massage therapist did not show up and there was no one else to fill in. My other sister also had the same therapist for after her facial, and could not get a massage either. We were stuck sitting there for 2 hours doing nothing because the rest of the girls had started their services. The spa let me know Aaron the owner would be reaching out to me. He never did. The only thing I was offered was “member pricing” to come back which is only $30 cheaper than normal pricing. I let them know this was unacceptable. I have been told multiple times that Aaron will be reaching out to me and now at 3.5 weeks later, I have still not heard from him. This experience was extremely disappointing. Our group was nothing but kind and understanding to the staff as it was not their fault. We were assured they would rectify the situation once speaking with the owner. But the fact that absolutely nothing has been done is so unacceptable. I will never come back and will not recommend this spa to anyone. Perhaps if the owner was as kind and attentive to his customers as the rest of the staff, this spa wouldn’t be so horrible. If you’re going to work in customer service, be good at it.

Great experience from start to finish. Arrived an hour early and was aloud to sit in the relaxing room and read my book before my massage. My prenatal massage was personalized to best fit my needs. The shower available at the end was a great surprise! 10/10 would recommend ☺️

I was gifted a 1hr full body session with 2 massage therapist (Crystal & Stan). The massage was very relaxing and my brain couldn’t focus, my body was in full bliss. The experience was amazing! Its a little pricey@ $300 but its a spa so once in a while as a treat is nice. Maybe just get 1 person to massage you for 30mins idk

Anan was incredible. I am very particular about my massage therapists and she was one of the best I’ve ever had. I had a 80 minute premier massage with her. The pressure was so firm and she knew areas I needed without even needing to tell her. Highly recommend her!!

My Review is regarding the horrible owner of the Spavia in Moorestown.. Aaron . He is by far the nastiest person I have ever talked to in customer service. I loved Jennifer .. however the confusion that I have dealt with regarding appointments and membership at Spavia has been nothing but a mess.. appointments canceled scheduled before I was due .. the communication from the representatives upfront were alot to be desired. Aaron your lack of listening skills will cause many people to leave this establishment.. this is the last place I would recommend to anyone! If you’re smart do not patronize Spavia in Moorestown!
