Wife and I have been coming for a few years and always had pleasant experiences. Unfortunately this time we both had issues. Wife’s locker wasn’t locking and neither of the two new girls at the front desk could resolve. Staff spent 15 minutes trying to fix (which they didn’t) and it ended up shortening her massage time by 15 minutes! I booked a 100 minute massage and ended up getting only an 80 minute massage. No one could tell me why. Was told I’d be receiving a call from management to explain but never even got that. Needless to say it will be our last time here. What a disappointment.

I had one of the best massages of my entire life with Laura! She listened to all of my concerns and customized the massage for my specific needs. Had an amazing 80min deep tissue massage with Laura and added the scalp message with oil. She adjusted the pressure and made the experience so comfortable and relaxing . The front desk was very courteous and helpful in answering all my questions regarding membership. I have been a visiting the spa since August 2020 and they have done a phenomenal job in keeping the place clean and following all guidelines for covid. Even the facial services is fantastic. Definitely recommended for relaxing and skin care.

They really aim to relax here. The staff were all wonderful and helpful (massage therapists and reception!), the vibe is all very relaxing, and the massages I’ve gotten over the past year have all been great. You change into a robe in a locker room and then get to relax for a bit before and after your massage, a very nice added touch. Never had any issues with the process and have been coming for a year. Very high quality and good rates/ additional purchase benefits if you become a member! You can also schedule through their app, super convenient.
