My husband got me a gift certificate and I finally was able to use it. This place was very calming and relaxing. The robe was soft and waiting room very tranquil. The massage from Allie was perfect and Araceli did wonders on the facial. Will definitely be back.

The facial was okay, I had gone before and the first one was great. In this one it did not seem like the lady doing it knew what she was doing. When she would put masks on my face she would just sit there the whole time. Every single facial I have gotten before at other locations, they massage your arms and feet as you wait. As I was waiting I was just left there for over 4-5 minutes as she just sat there. She did hardly any extractions, only on my nose, but not any other area I needed. They were extremely painful as she did them (and I have a high tolerance for pain) they had never been so painful any other facial, and the tiny goggles she put did not block the light from the ring light on my eyes during the extractions at all, it was extremely bright. It also started at 12:46 and ended by 1:20 when it was suppose to be 50 minutes. It was not worth 100 dollars and the gratuity I left either, the only reason I left a gratuity was to be polite. Although I left very dissatisfied and unrelaxed.

It was absolutely amazing! They worked me in last minute due to some end of the work week body pains and it came right on time. I will definitely try to come back monthly to make sure I’m relaxing and detoxing my body properly!

Spa atmosphere was wonderful. I had a facial that did great for my skin. The only bad thing was when it came to extractions, Esthetician did not have tools ready, she pulled my goggles and tools out of this horrible chemical Smelling container and did not rinse them out. I had my hands on Mittens at this point and could not take the horrible Smelling goggles off my face.

How very disappointing. This was my first time here and the experience was not great. I arrived 5 min before my appointment. Got in and taken to the back. I was super impressed, I got a robe and shoes and tea and all the things. After getting dressed, I was told to wait. I waited almost 40 min and finally went to the front to see what the deal was. They said they would find someone. When the massage therapist finally came into greet me, she was rather disgruntled because it was her first day. Seems she hasn’t been taught how to even accept her own customers and no one bothered to tell her i had arrived. She apologized and started the procedure, but couldn’t operate the music so played Spotify with adds… (not relaxing but thanks for trying), she also picked the wrong oil and it was ICE cold. She was ok of a therapist. Very cocky about her appearance and after her life story of job changes and “all the guys who hit on her and wanted ha]]yendings”, she would have been a 3 star at the most. She was very.. awkward and so was the “conversation”. She was also upset about the situation knowing how behind I was and she complained the whole massage.

I bought coupons from groupon for a regular facial message when i call them to book the appointment i asked what will u be doing in regular facial and they mention they will be doing cleansing, scrubbing , Mask,shoulder message. After the therapy on the front desk i asked them the therapist didn’t do mask and shoulder message so they were just assuming that probably u guys came late thats y they have to cut on therapy!!! We did not come late nor we took alot of time we were done with paper work at 12:04. They only message 20-30 mins. Cuttinng out services is not fair!!!

Amazing! I previously had a 2 year long membership at a Spavia location in Tennessee and immediately signed up for a membership at Spavia Fairfield soon after moving to the Houston area. Relaxing environment and services and friendly staff. My massage my David helped relieve intense shoulder and back pain and my facial by Melany cleared my skin and left it shining and smooth for days following. Highly recommend Spavia and will forever be a member!
