From the moment you enter until you walk back out the doors, this is an absolutely amazing spa experience. Mayra, my masseuse, has been thorough, intuitive, kind, and healing. Krystle, who runs the show at the front of the spa, is also absolutely amazing. Beautiful environment, amazing and calming vibes. We just moved from Chicago to the burbs and I didn’t expert to get a comparable spa experience out here – I swear to you, it’s better. Book Mayra.

Received their Signature 60 minute massage today. It was one of the best massages I have experienced, so much so I am considering a membership. My masseuse was Vonshae and would highly recommend her. Their waiting room and amenities are great and provide a very relaxing environment.

First time going. I got a gift card and after couples months finally decided to make the appointment. I book a same day appointment. And that was a plus they have same day. I had the 60min massage essential because it was the only one they available for the same day. My therapist was Mayra and I love it. I did the forms online but anyways arrived 10 minutes early. The receptionist took me straight inside to a room where it was so cozy and relaxing. And some refreshments. My therapist came for me right on time. Well the important part. Mayra asked me everything I was looking for. She focus on the areas I really needed it. The perfect pressure I needed. I suffer from a lot of pain so she was great helping me. She gave me a lot of recommendations to help ease my pain but at the same time, let me relax and enjoy (kind of because of my pain) the massage. I’m coming back fo sure. I read a lot of comments that is over price. And if I’m honest it is. But if you’re looking for a relaxing hight atmosphere and relax and enjoy after the massage all the refreshments and many things in the restrooms they have for you. This is the place. Mayra was awesome and I love the massage. My body is so relax right now.

I just had a signature massage with Vinshae; it was spectacular! As good, or better, than I’ve had at much more expensive spas. I highly recommend. The day spa is a quiet, lovely space.

The spa, atmosphere and staff are really nice, but I left with my skin in worse condition than what I came in with. When I first left the facial and looked in the mirror, I had a lot of redness and it looked similar to a rash. I hoped my skin would go back to normal by the next morning, but I now have red marks all over my chin from, I’m assuming, the esthetician’s nails from the extraction part of the facial. It looks like I have popped blood vessels in my chin. I really hope these marks do not turn into scars. My skin is also super dry now, even in places that have never been dry before. It is so flaky I need to use Aquaphor multiple times a day otherwise it looks like my skin is peeling. I have never had any of this happen from a facial before.

I had a wonderful experience with Rena for a facial! She really cared about what was going on with my skin and left me feeling so pampered and relaxed. Definitely a luxurious experience. I love that you can request everything from the music playing to whether you’d like to chit-chat during your appointment (my job involves lots of talking, so it’s nice to have some peace during treatments). I’m excited to try more services here and revisit with Rena!

Went for a girls spa day with my Bestie! We were treated to robes,spa shoes, Herbal teas bubbling fountains and beautiful sounds. We got Wonderful amazing massages 90 minutes of much needed deep tissue work! Be careful kids they aren’t kidding around, they’re gonna get in there and work those knotted muscles. I believe the ladies that did our service were Anna &LaToya….Great ambiance Great service Great massage girls! I’ll be back!

Me and my friend had a great spa experience here! We usually go to larger spas in downtown Chicago for our annual spa weekend. This year we stayed a little outside of downtown and found this cute spa. All of the services were wonderful! Staff was absolutely amazing and friendly. We were welcomed with plush robes and placed in a quiet room (relaxing sounds, hot tea, warm neck pillows just a very welcoming environment.) We also had the spa lunch and it was very nice. This spa is smaller and more modest than our usual spa experiences, but we loved it! Was nice to change our spa routine this year with Spavia!!!!
