After running a couple minutes late to my first appointment, the women at the front desk were super helpful and swift with making sure I was shown to my locker to get changed and head to the retreat room. My massage therapist, Susan, was excellent and knew exactly what I needed for our session. To follow up, I had a facial with Jaisaly who also did a great job of pinpointing what my skin needed. Both services I could tell they both put great care into their work and making sure the client is relaxed! I have been coming to Spavia since last summer and everyone I have received treatment from so far have been delightful. Super nice facilities, I have recommended to friends and family who need some R&R asap!

If you are looking for a fun and bright esthetician ready to give you refreshing facials and perfect waxing, ask for Casey. If you’re looking to unwind for a massage, Marcos is amazing. My husband suprised me with a massage on my birthday. I had never been to a spa before. I’ve only ever had a chiropractic.massage which is very different so I didn’t really know what to expect. The atmosphere was very calming and soothing. My husband chose the deep tissue over the Swedish massage and that’s the only thing I would do differently. I think deep tissue is too much for me. But over all a very enjoyable massage once we got the correct pressure figured out. I will come back. Thank you!

I have been going to spavia for the past few months and have been getting a signature massage from Jennifer! Jennifer is AMAZING! She is excellent at what she does and listens to you. If there are any areas of focus you’d like her to work on, she does it. She is very friendly and easy to speak with. I won’t go to anyone else now!

I meant to write this a while back! I was really impressed with Spavia, from the form to select music and body butter scent to the bath/resting area and of course my massage. I can’t remember her name though, but she had light pink hair. Very personable and a great massage.

Had an amazing experience at Spavia Clark after Christmas 🙂 I had a gift card for the relax package (60 min massage and facial) and was 30 min late to my appt (due to a misunderstanding) and the staff was so accommodative and friendly even though they were busy and booked out.
