Established in 2018. Spavia is an award-winning day spa. We offer one-time services as well as membership treatments to honor the busy mom, dad, grandma, really, any family or friend. We offer several massage modalities, facial treatments, waxing, lash extensions, and body treatments. Our massage therapists and estheticians are the best in the business and are focused on you. You will feel completely and totally relaxed in our truly affordable luxurious day spa, located in the Arbor Hills Shopping Center. Started in 2005. Spavia opened its doors to Denver Colorado with a mission and vision of making a positive difference in the world one guest at a time. We are humbled and grateful for the opportunity to open our doors to the Ann Arbor area

Had a really wonderful time at the spa with my friends. Receptionist was friendly and easy to make appointments with. Their online survey portal was great for gathering more info to better personalize my sessions. They have warm comfy robes and sandals for you to switch into. Also, you’re able to grab a warmed neck pillow in the waiting room. My MT made me felt comfortable and worked my back and shoulders area to my preference. Would be looking forward to coming back another time.

Absolutely fantastic service. Was treated to a 60 minute massage as a gift from my best friend with Renee (not 100% on the correct spelling, sorry if it’s a little off) and Barbie as our MTs. Everything from the moment you walk in to the moment you check out is beautifully cozy and all of the ambient fragrance I noticed in the changing and waiting areas are pleasantly clean, crisp, soothing scents without ever seeming cloying. There is a check box on the welcome form for your service to allow you to decide if you would like conversation or quiet. We both chose yes conversation and I’m very glad we did. Our MTs were friendly and insightful, providing stretching advice for my friend’s sciatic pain and having a delightful conversation about meditation and happiness with me. I enjoyed Renee’s company and talented hands very, very much. We left feeling like all of the tension in our bodies had been wrung out and our minds refreshed. Big smiles all around! Seriously, they’re so nice they even put our glasses back on for us at the end and had cups of hot tea ready for us as we exited! I see some negative reviews about the price, but we absolutely got every cent worth and I would recommend this establishment to anyone who needs a little indulgence as a break from their everyday. Looking forward to next time!

Do not recommend this spa to anyone. Average services for absurd prices. When you try to cancel a membership they will still bill your card for one more month even if it’s due to financial hardship. Place is all about making a buck. During my last service the nice lady giving me my facial complained about how she was treated working there, that she was not compensated fairly for the services she was forced to provide, that she didn’t even enjoy doing, and how management told her she must request vacation time a full month in advance anytime she needed a day off. Find a different place where you will get your moneys worth!

I treated my friend to 3 treatments for her 50th birthday. I have had many massages but have not had other treatments at a spa. Each service was very relaxing and enjoyable. And I would definitely go back to Spavia even though I live in metro Detroit!

Everything from the booking to the massage was very seamless. The survey sent out only helped to personalize the experience. The location is tucked in a nice area, across from shake shack, so grab a burger after! The facilities are very clean and quiet. Kelley was the MT for my hot stones, she was very nice and have strong fingers for deep tissue massage. Julie, the aesthetician gave me great advice for my “maskne” after a facial treatment. Who wouldn’t known I was doing it wrong and treating the maskne as acne the whole time! The staff were very polite and professional, temp checks and masks were required so it’s safe. Would recommend.

Rene S. Took care of me and Sarah F took care of my daughter. We were in Ann Arbor on a short mother/daughter getaway and decided to get some massages. This place was wonderfully decorated, friendly staffed, and had a great all around ambiance. At one point during my massage I could’ve sworn my spirit left my body lol lol! But in all seriousness, check them out it’s worth it! 😉

I have had a few different massage therapists, but a few months ago, I discovered Abe, and I am a forever customer. I struggled with hip pain for 9 months, pain when I walked, and I pretty much stopped exercising because of it.Only a few visits with Abe, and my pain is completely gone, and I am back to exercising 4 days a week. I highly recommend him! You can tell he really cares about helping people, and I love his nice, quiet manner.
