Wish I could give more stars! I had an 80 minute massage by Lupé and she did a FANTASTIC job. Very professional and she took her time to make sure I was comfortable and really knew what she was doing. When I walked in to the spa I was greeted by Natalie and Paige who were very friendly and helpful! They answered all my questions and helped me pick out some new skin care products I wanted! I was then greeted by Megan on my way back to the lobby after my massage who was very bubbly and very friendly! Overall it was a great day of relaxation and I will be back requesting Lupé for my massage!

First facial experience at Spavia was very relaxing and invigorating. My face felt moisturized, smooth and toned. Wrinkles and sagging was markedly lifted and i looked years younger. Fantastic!!! I gave 4 stars only because of the brown decor being not my favorite color. I was expecting clean crisp traditional colors. That’s just me!

I had a really good experience here! It was my first time getting a massage/going to a spa, and I was nervous to even schedule because of how introverted I am. But my neck and shoulders had been hurting so much I knew I needed to treat myself to something that would help, and this definitely did! Dutchy was my massage therapist and he was awesome. When I got home my husband told me that it was the most relaxed he had ever seen me! The people at the front desk were super nice and helpful, everything was very clean, and the relaxing room for before/after the massage was truly relaxing. I also like the surveys they have you fill out before that help you personalize your experience. I’m tempted to purchase a membership!

Unfortunately, we will not return. Their service is exceptional. From the time you arrive until you leave. Everyone is personable, and friendly. Great Customer Service, with the exception of the owner whom we recently just met. My daughter, friend and myself spent a relaxing day being catered to and spent approx. $600 which is normal for each time we go. Upon checkout my daughters transaction the system was slow and the receptionist decided to ring the transaction again. Immediately my daughter receives 2 bank notifications. The receptionist apologizes and go to the back to get the owner. The owner doors not acknowledge us and proceeds to look in the computer. ( No… Hi guys, sorry for this, we will get this resolved… nothing) Maybe because we were not premier customers but she did acknowledge that we err just there Dec 8. Again spending approx$600-$700. I was disappointed with her, especially when it’s the customers who kept your business running during the pandemic and the customers are the reason you are still open when others are not. My daughter informed her if the duplicate transaction and we were told a void would come shortly. My daughter phoned the next day to discuss the duplicate transaction and the owner told her to wait a few days, which my daughter has the funds in the bank so that is not the problem, but what if she didn’t? I’m disappointed because the owner sets the tone for an establishment. She missed the mark. The charge has not been removed nor has an apology been said. Says a lot about the character of said owner

Highly recommend!! The spa is clean and relaxing. My facial was a lovely experience and the deep tissue massage by Dutchy was amazing!!!! The locker room is clean with everything you might need provided – shower, towels, hair dryer, etc. Enjoy the darkened, quiet relaxation room before, between and after treatments . Place a warm neck pillow and help yourself to tea or water. I’ll be returning. A great experience!!!
