Yesterday was my first experience at Spavia. The woman who welcomed me was so pleasant. Dawn did my massage and due to some issues I was having we talked through what I needed/could tolerate and made a plan designed for my needs. She gave me a lot of information for self care. Everything was extremely clean. Very calm and a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!!

Ashley is our go to for deep tissue massage. My husband and I both appreciate how she takes her treatments to the next level and is so knowledgeable about the human body and sports injuries. We always have great, positive banter during treatments. She remembers so much between appointments!

Received a gift card from coworkers thus decided to try Spavia. My massage with Andrea was wonderful. It was supposed to be 100 minutes, was actually only 80 but I didn’t mind as Andrea was great. After my first massage I scheduled a couples massage as a Valentine’s gift for my husband, which was booked for 4 weeks from my first visit. 20 minutes before we were set to arrive for our couples massage (and were almost to the location) I received a phone call canceling as the massage therapist “injured her neck”. I was offered for my husband to keep his as scheduled or we could both reschedule (we rode together). We had left our daughters volleyball game early and paid for a babysitter for our other children. Would have been nice to at least have been offered other massage therapists. I understand situations happen, but last minute cancellations when something was booked 4 weeks in advance is unfortunate and poor business. Although Andrea is wonderful, we will not be back.
