The person they gave me therefore would not take me for the lesser cost manicure and I asked if they would just remove my current polish. No they were too busy. Had to book another day Do not forget I had an appointment. But he had another client. I went to.Joanne’s as a walk in. They smiled removed my polish. Had a manicure and decided also on pedicure and brow wax. No problem. They remembered that they are in the service business
