Best massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely be a regular with Tara. I finally found my massage therapist. Tara is absolutely incredible. I’ve been working construction for over 40 yrs. My body is beat up. I was waking up in pain. My daily routine was a struggle. I heard about Spa Tara through a friend. I felt relief in my hips and shoulders almost instantly. My legs and my back took some time. I’ve been back there 3 times now. Each time I go back she remembers exactly where we left off and what to work on next. She is absolutely fantastic. Tara is amazing. I have been going to chain massage parlors and did not realize what I was missing until I booked a session with Tara. She is extremely personable, we were chatting like friends and laughing like we had known each other for years. She used a variety of tools and techniques during the massage which you are not going to find at a chain without paying crazy extra fees. I saw Tara for a deep tissue massage after weeks and weeks of muscle pain, particularly neck and back pain. I ended up staying an extra hour because of how great Tara was. I came to a spa with a lot of back and shoulders pain. In one point my pain was unbearable. I have never had a massage and was very skeptical of getting one. All my muscles were tight and stiff, and I could not move. After a first visit thanks to Tara, I can get some sort of pain relief. After the massage was over my body could move! I wasn’t tensed and my body finally was relaxed. I literally felt like a new person. I went home and slept so sound and woke up refreshed and with energy!
