If its not JOHN, NOBODY in that shop touches my nails, some of yall brought it on yourself to book the females & all they do are pedicures & SOMETIMES manicures/full sets (usually the kids bc of length & width), the older one her eyebrows speak for her work PERIOD TAKE IT UP WITH YOUR MAMMY! I wish I could write a lovely review, but I can’t and won’t because it wouldn’t be honest. Summary: setting great, service not! The environment is beautiful! The floors are immaculate and there is a crystal chandelier. Unfortunately the service left something to be desired. The provider (Holly) was friendly enough in the beginning, but insisted I had been to the salon before (which is not the case). When I told her that the polish on one fingernail (the thumb) was too thick, she insisted that the polish was supposed to be that way. Then she went further to accuse me of being the same customer as before and being the same way. I wanted to yell ‘Lady, I don’t know you and I’m paying you for a service that you have provided poorly, which I have tolerated until this point!’ I can tolerate a lot since I work with children, but this was unacceptable. I hope the others that work here are better, but I won’t be back and I cannot recommend this place. I wanted to love it and keep coming back, but I’ll keep searching…

Came here for a pedicure with my boyfriend and enjoyed it. I got the deluxe pedicure and the massage that came with it was very nice but it was $60. They also didn’t hand me a sheet with all the prices on it and ignored when I asked for one. It was a nice pedicure but definitely not worth $60. My boyfriend also asked for a regular pedicure and they gave him the deluxe instead and charged him for the deluxe.

This nail salon has been my place of choice for a while. On 08.12.21 I arrived at the salon at 5:45 pm. I was immediately greeted by a guy and was asked what services I wanted. I told him a manicure and pedicure. He said have a seat please. I sat there patiently while other patrons were being serviced. Around 6:25 a woman approached me asked what services were I wanting, I repeated manicure and pedicure. She looked at the clock and said ‘ there is no time for that, we close at 7 and I have to drive back to Atlanta. I said ‘ Really, I’ve sat here 40 minutes, why wasn’t I told this when I came in.’ Nevertheless, I got up and walked out. I’m NEVER going back. Who ever is the owner / manager of this salon needs to do better with communicating. If it was too late to be seen I understand, but I should have been told. Instead of letting me sit there for 40 minutes! Totally unacceptable and poor customer service.

They are very professional and polite. The job they do is very well done. Their work looks professional. The acrylic nails are evenly laid, no excess acrylic on top of or under the nails, the polish and finish are marvelous. The pedicures are great. They have your leg feeling great.

I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in my life and I must say that this one is hands down the best. Linda did my mani/pedi and she was incredible. She didn’t rush. She took her time, was thorough and very professional. My daughters both got full sets and they were beautifully done. I highly recommend Spas Nails. I won’t be going anywhere else.
