Sparrow’s Nest specializes in maternity (pre/postnatal) massage & Mercier Therapy massage for fertility. It is our passion, and a specialty we take seriously. We consider ourselves extensions of your care team, and as such, we politely do not accept gratuity for our services. Sparrow’s Nest also offers therapeutic massage, prenatal massage, labor induction massage, postpartum massage, lactation massage and specialty massage for C-section scar rehabilitation. We also offer bereavement massage if you’ve experienced any type of pregnancy loss. In addition, Sparrow’s Nest offers private and group infant massage classes. You can visit us at our office in Eagle Rock, or have us come to your home.

This massage was everything I needed for being 35 weeks pregnant and having a lot of aches in my lower back and hips. Angelica was so lovely! She carried on light conversation and her hands were magic! The room was very relaxing and I felt so comfortable on the bed. What a wonderful life now that Sparrow’s Nest is in the world! Trust me ladies, a prenatal massage is what you deserve. Partners, friends, family can gift this perfect idea for the ones who have been carrying a beautiful baby for all those months. It is a game changer and they have their own set up on these big massage tables for the baby bump and to their desired comfort. I really appreciate the services between communicating about my needs and my availability. It was just so good. Thank you Angelica for giving me such bliss and working out those difficult tight muscles of mine since carrying my babygirl. I went at 38 weeks and it helped me sleep heavier that night. Personally I would go back to get another massage from Angelica ever after I deliver.

This place is amazing for all women. If you are having trouble conceiving they offer Mer ier therapy, if you are pregnant they are trained and are one of the few places that offer massage in the first trimester. They also offer postpartum massage and will even come to you! Sparrow’s Nest also works with Your Village Birth and they have a variety of classes that are offered in the classroom on site. Come let yourself be nourished by their amazing staff. I always have a wonderful experience here!

Unlike any massage I’ve ever gotten. I am about 34 weeks, and was able to relax, release, and wind down with Michelle. Such a caring atmosphere set up for mothers. Don’t go anywhere else for a prenatal massage.

Cindy was wonderful and truly took care of me when I came in for a postnatal massage and lactation massage add-on. Everyone I interacted with was so kind and they were graciously able to accommodate me on short notice to manage a blocked duct. I would highly recommend!!

I got my nails done by Jenny and they came out so amazing! I love that she used vegan and cruelty free products and the polish dries in only 5 minutes! She was friendly and very professional. The experience was so relaxing. I highly recommend going to Jenny for your nails!
