I have been regularly using this salon for over two years and have always been treated with care. I have always been satisfied with my services, especially the SNS dip. Their dip is thinner making the nail look so much more natural. Their prices are reasonable and they have not raised their prices because of Covid or inflation. Also, they keep their appointment times. I’ve rarely edited more than a couple of minutes.

I have gone to this place a couple times before. They were fine experiences for the price. I never have written reviews but this last time bothered me. I got fill-ins for the first time from here. I told her one of my nails was popping off and it was painful. She checked it, but kept the nail on anyway. It still is in pain. And she used the drill tool to remove the first layer of fake nail, and repeated hit my nail beds. I kept pulling my hand back in pain, and she kept just telling me to be calm. My nail bed was on the verge of bleeding and red. I looked at them when washing my hands, and there are divots in my natural beds from the tool going too deep. Today, my nails are in pain. I’m going to have to remove them myself to let my nails heal. Lastly, the appointment took almost two hours, when I was told it would take an hour. Again, I never have written a review, but this bothers me.

Critical: QualityI had a 110 dollar gift card here. First I asked if they could do designs and they said no only simple ones. I went here a day before vacation and my whole nail came off for no reason the very next day. They already look like they need filled in. I went here a day before vacation and my whole nail came off for no reason the very next day. They already look like they need filled in. I was not happy with there service at all and I paid 110 dollars. I got them done on 7/10/21 and it came off and looked like they needed filled in on 7/12/21

Came on Sunday 11:23 and they were closed even tho website and sign on door says they open at 11. Then they pulled up as i was walking away and asked me if i had an appointment. I told them no that i needed a fill, they said they couldn’t see me because they were booked with appointments….i was just a little confused and won’t be coming back

Sign clearly states “Walk – ins Welcome”. Unfortunately, I wasn’t welcome and was told they did not have time for me. If you need an appointment to receive service, take the “Walk-ins Welcome ” sign down as you clearly don’t accept “Walk-ins”.

I wasn’t going two write a review but I CANNOT GET THE STAIN OFF OF MY NAILS from a basic mani….. they HAVE to be filling their nail polish bottles with some junk other than what is labeled!

The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately I was not happy with my nail set at all, in fact I am someone who is very easily pleased when I get my nails done, I’m usually just excited to have nails so I’m happy with whatever, but this was the first time I was actually thinking “wow these are very poorly done” it was just a very sloppy job all around and they began rushing to get me finished, another employee came over and began working on my other hand very quickly even cutting my nail at one point, meanwhile there were 3 women in the same group who had just come in and were waiting on pedicures, but they seemed perfectly content waiting and it’s just common courtesy and how a business works…you finish the client that is already there in the process of getting her nails done and you do a paced and precise job. My nails came out completely uneven, which oh yeah I forgot to mention I pointed out that one of the nail tips was on completely crooked in the very beginning, but she kept saying oh no I will file it down..but I’m like it’s not about how you file it..it’s just straight up glued on crooked. So yeah my nails were completely uneven and crooked and the paint job looked like my 2 year old helped. I wish I was lying but I am not. Unfortunately, I only have a photo of the hand that turned out decent because I wasn’t gonna show off the bad one. I am being honest though and like I said I am very easily pleased with nails normally!
